County Councilman David Marks will sponsor a community meeting on Thursday, April 21 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Loch Raven library ( 1046 Taylor Avenue ). This is an opportunity to ask Councilman Marks about any county issues. Staff from the Code Enforcement Division will also be present to address any community concerns. All residents are welcome, and no reservations are required.
