I have compiled the hard copies of minutes from all meetings dating back to December 2011. The Board has approved all minutes up to March 2012. April and May are pending approval at the upcoming meeting tomorrow. Click the links below to review the minutes from December - March.

Why are the April & May minutes still missing?

I applaud putting the minutes on the website. The April and May minutes were approved by the board over a month ago; but are still not posted. Surely someone on the Board has a copy that could get posed before the Annual Meeting.
