"We have another major concrete pour required for the construction of Tiger Arena—the Towson Center Addition--- coming up this Saturday, May 12th. The proposed start time is 4am and end time would be around 7p.m. We would take all necessary precautions to minimize disruption to the community just as was done for the previous pour—including but not limited to:
- deactivating all back-up alarms on equipment and vehicles
- Conducting the pour within the Towson arena structure (and wall)
- Eliminating the use of any loud power equipment."
