April 1: Robbery, Pennsylvania Avenue and York Road, 21204
At 2:47 a.m., officers responded for a robbery. A man reported that an unknown suspect attacked him, took his money, and ran. There is no suspect description.
April 1: First Degree Burglary, 8600 block of Chestnut Oak Road, 21234
Between 2:30 and 8 a.m., an unknown suspect entered the home through an unlocked back door and removed 10 steaks from the freezer.
April 1: Armed Robbery, 7200 block of York Road, 21212
At noon officers responded to The Tanning Company. An employee advised that a man entered the store, handed the employee a note demanding money and implied that he had a weapon. The employee ran from the store and called 911. The suspect is described as a white male, 20 to 30 years old, 5’9” tall, and 190 pounds. He entered a vehicle, possibly a dark colored sedan being driven by another white male, and fled the area.
March 31: Attempted Robbery, 200 block of Murdock Road, 21212
At 11:20 p.m., a man reported that a black male assaulted him and took his wallet. The wallet did not contain any money, so the suspect left it behind and fled on foot.
March 31: Armed Robbery, 900 block of Taylor Avenue, 21234
At 9:08 p.m., an employee of Radio Shack was making a night deposit. The suspect approached him, displayed a handgun, and took the money. The suspect shot the victim several times with a BB gun. The suspect is described as a black male, 26 years old, 5’11” tall, and 175 pounds.
March 30: First Degree Burglary, 900 block of Dulaney Valley Court, 21286
Between 10:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m., an unknown suspect kicked in the door and removed electronics.
March 29: Armed Robbery – Gun, Loch Raven Boulevard and Aberdeen Road, 21234
At 11:32 p.m., three suspects approached a man and knocked him to the ground. One of the suspects was armed with a handgun. The suspects took electronics and jewelry from the victim. The suspects are described as three black males; two are 5’8” tall and one is 5’10” tall.
March 28: Robbery, 100 block of East Joppa Road, 21286
At 6:20 p.m., a woman reported that she was walking towards the mall when a suspect grabbed her phone from her hand. They struggled, but the suspect was able to take her phone and run away. The suspect is described as a black male, 17 to 18 years old, 120 pounds, and 5’8” tall.
March 28: Armed Robbery – Gun, 1300 block of Taylor Avenue, 21234
At 6:02 a.m., a man armed with a gun entered the 7-11 store and demanded money from the registers. The suspect is described as a black male, 20 to 30 years old, 5’10” to 5’11” tall, 140 pounds, with a thin build and a light complexion. He was last seen running on foot towards Hillsway Avenue.
March 27: Second Degree Burglary, 1600 block of East Joppa Road, 21234
Between 3:39 and 3:55 a.m., a man entered the McDonald’s restaurant through a delivery door. He broke into the manager’s office, and took cash from the safe. The suspect is described as a black male, 5’10” tall, with a medium build.
March 26-27: Second Degree Burglary, 300 block of Lennox Avenue, 21204
During an unknown time frame on March 26 to 6:15 a.m. on March 27, an unknown suspect entered the Community Center by unknown means. The suspect discharged a fire extinguisher on the second floor and destroyed the fire extinguisher case.
March 26: First Degree Burglary, 1700 block of Edgewood Road, 21234
At 10:43 a.m., a man entered a vacant apartment and was arrested when police found him inside the apartment. Jamal Carroll, 18, of the 1600 block of Thetford Road, 21286 was arrested and charged with burglary.
March 25-26: Second Degree Burglary, 6800 block of Loch Raven Boulevard, 21286
Between 7 p.m. on March 25 and 9 a.m. on March 26, an unknown suspect burglarized a shed in the rear of the Calvary Presbyterian Church. Tools were taken.
