There
are lots of fun activities for all ages. Programs planned for Robert E.
Lee Park this fall include: Nature Scouts; Senior Strolls; Dragons and
Butterflies; canoe and kayak tours; history tours (trains, water power
& black powder and Pioneer Days); Fall campout; beginning drawing
for adults; bat watch hike; Halloween programs; wreath-making; and
Winter Solstice Celebration.
Embark
on your own Nature Quest* for hiking, biking and canoeing opportunities
at five of Baltimore County’s parks. You can get your booklet at a
Wegman’s store or at one of the participating county parks or you can

* FIND ADVENTURE IN YOUR BACKYARD
On Nature Quest you
can experience the outdoors with friends and family while discovering
some of the best parks and trails in Baltimore County. Travel the trails
and find trail markers at these parks: Oregon Ridge, Benjamin Banneker,
Cromwell Valley, Marshy Point, and RobertE.Lee. You can pick up your
Nature Quest Passport at participating parks, your local Wegmans grocery
store, or online. If you complete at least five trails, you get free
admission to Nature Quest Fest on
November 2 at Robert E. Lee Park. There are prizes, too!
