note: Often times in the minutes, attachments are referred to. I do not always receive digital copies of these attachments as they are hard copies attached to the minutes reviewed at board meetings for approval. Recently there has been an ongoing review of the bylaws and many proposed changes have been referred to. These proposed changes are posted directly to the RFC website per the requirements in our bylaws. They can be viewed here.
The section referencing the guideline change to pools I do not have a digital copy of but am working on obtaining that.
