Kudos to the neighbor who called the police!!  This is the second time a Rodgers Forge neighbor has called the police in reference to incidences in the Forge that resulted in an arrest.  That is what it is all about – awareness and calling 911!!!  Thank you from the RFCOP and Rodgers Forge!!
