Dear Neighbors:
Early this morning, I received notice from our construction managers that the incoming weather pattern predicting snow for the Baltimore region this weekend will now change the schedule of the concrete pour project previously set for Monday, February 20, 2012.
In order to get ahead of the severe weather, our contractor has requested to complete the concrete project tomorrow, Saturday, February 18, 2012 at 6 a.m. in lieu of the original plan for Monday.
Again, we expect the distance of the site, which is buffered by the existing arena to cause little or no disturbance to the community, but all workers have been instructed to take every precaution to minimize disruption.
