The victim thought the suspect was an employee at Pep Boys and willingly got into the vehicle. The suspect stated that the victim was pretty and asked her if she liked to drink. The victim was waiting for the bus at the location. The suspect approached and stuck a gun in her rib area and forced her into a car that was parked nearby. The suspect forced the victim to perform oral sex on him. The suspect also took the victim’s property. The suspect let the victim out of the vehicle. The victim asked the suspect if he was going to keep her property. The suspect handed the property back to the victim and drove off. M/B, 20’s, 5-7, 140, thin build, medium complexion, black short hair.

The victim was driving when he encountered four subjects on foot in the roadway. The victim yelled at the subjects to move out of the road. Words were exchanged and the victim drove off. The victim had to make a u-turn and encountered the same subjects. The suspect pulled out a handgun and fired a round at the victim’s vehicle. A bullet lodged in the keyhole of the driver’s door. The victim sped home and the subjects fled from the area. M/B, 16-18, 5-4, thin build, dark skin, black skull cap, blue hooded sweatshirt, and black jeans.
