At
9:40 p.m., the victim, a delivery driver for Chen's Kitchen, was pushed
up against a wall by the suspect. The suspect put a knife to his neck
and stole money and an iPhone from him.
Sometime
between 9:00 a.m. on January 22 and 10:00 a.m. on January 23, an
unknown suspect gained entry to the apartment through a first floor
window. Once inside, the suspect took a bike, tablet, DVD player, and
two men's suits.
Sometime
between 1:00 p.m. and 1:24 p.m., an unknown suspect entered the
location through a side ground floor window. The suspect fled when he
was seen by the resident. Nothing was taken from the location.
At
8:00 p.m., two armed suspects entered an apartment and demanded money
and marijuana. When the victims told the suspects they did not have
anything, the suspects fled.
Sometime
between 4:00 p.m. on January 22 and 3:30 p.m. on January 23, an unknown
suspect damaged the door knobs of a common storage area of the
apartment building. No entry was gained.
Sometime
between 8:00 p.m. on January 20 and 8:00 p.m. on January 22, an unknown
suspect broke out a back window to gain entry to the location. Two
bedrooms were ransacked and a Kindle Fire tablet was taken.
Sometime
between 11:20 a.m. and 11:23 a.m., a known suspect kicked in the door
to the location and began arguing with the victim. The suspect was taken
into custody.
At
8:15 p.m., the victim was taking out the trash when he was approached
by an armed suspect. The subject went to the victim's apartment with the
victim where he took cash, an XBox, and a Play Station.
At
1:57 a.m., an adult female was observed on video removing items from a
kiosk in Towson Center Mall. The female was located and taken into
custody later that day.
Sometime
between 12:01 a.m. on January 18 and 2:19 p.m. on January 26, unknown
suspects stole a silver Trane air conditioning unit from the backyard of
the location.
Between
11:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. on January 17, an unknown subject entered the
residence through the open front door, removed several items, and fled
in an unknown direction.
Sometime
between 9:00 a.m. and 10:10 p.m. on January 17, an unknown suspect
gained entry into the residence by breaking a rear sliding glass door
window. Taken from the location were two iPhones and clothing items.
At 3:30 a.m., an adult male was arrested for breaking into Radebaugh Florist.
At 10:11 a.m., an adult male was arrested for trespassing in a vacant apartment at the location.
