Suspect one knocked on the side door and advised he was an employee for BGE. The suspect claimed the victim had a wiring problem. The suspect and victim walked to the backyard and were there for approx. 30 minutes. The suspect left. When the victim went back into the house discovered that the upstairs bedrooms were ransacked. Property was taken. A neighbor observed a white car in front of the victim’s home with two men associated with it. M/W, 30’s, 5-11, slim build, yellow hat, grey pants and shirt. M/W, 30’s, dark brown uniform. White, newer model car

Ofc. Marsh responded to a burglar alarm at the location. He was met by a friend of the owner who advised him of a white pick-up truck that was parked in the driveway. Ofc. Marsh observed the suspects pushing a television into the passenger side of the truck. When the house was searched, it was discovered that the rear kitchen door was forced open. Property was taken and two persons were arrested. 1 Adult Male & 1 Adult Female Arrested.
