Here's an interesting article from the Wall Street Journal that discusses the battle between energy utilities (like BGE) and other retail providers of electricity.
If one shops around and considers sources of electricity other than BGE, it could lead to a reduction in the cost of energy--as much as $100/year.
Just food for thought, since we're all looking for ways to save money.
